Dive Systems applies Aerospace Industry
proven design and testing techniques to the
development and production of its underwater
exploration equipment. Each component for
new products are designed in our SolidWorks
CAD Modelling system and analyzed against
physical and environmental strains before ever
being released for prototyping. This allows us
to constantly refine the design and create a
more efficient and effective product for the
customer. The results of this process are
products that exceed the most extreme diver's
requirements while not exceeding their budget.
where we actually produce working models and take them our
diving. We beat them up and take them beyond the limits that
most divers go (like 230 feet under the South China Sea on a B-26
Bomber trimix dive). We throw the equipment around, submit it to
extreme conditions without cleaning or properly caring for it and
just basically abuse it in any way We call this Negative Testing in
the Aerospace Industry and it allows us to simulate the most
brutal conditions imaginable to verify that our requirements are
satisfied before the unit moves into the production phase. While
other companies work from a 'Best Guess' design mentality, we
prefer to spend the extra money and take the time to assure that
the Customer is getting a quality product for the money that he or
she spends. By spending the money up front, we don't have to
spend it on the back end in costly replacements or recalls.
Department is always working on their next
creation. While our current product line is small,
there are dozens of projects in the works.
These range from simple objects that make
diving more enjoyable to evolutionary products
that will change the face of diving as we know it
today. Unfortunately Patents take a long time
and prototyping is very expensive so we are
working as quickly as we can. In the meantime,
we are producing some of the coolest stuff to
come along in a while. If Mr. Jamison does not
believe that the product is truly the best on the
market, we do not produce it.
